i was almost going to give a good review, but then i remember that the digital check-in was not easy at all, just confusing. the air conditioning in my room was a bit too loud as well, how did they not notice this? and for a supposed premier hotel, i expected a complimentary snack, like seriously. the cleanliness was questionable too, i just couldn't.

Unboxing my experience
The location is ideal for exploring. everything I needed was within reach, including charming cafes nearby. My room was compact yet functional, featuring a spacious bed and an efficient shower room. missingWrote a review on 25 Octconvenient digital check-inpoor management communication
The digital check-in via app was convenient once I figured it out, allowing for a hassle-free arrival process.
The communication regarding bug bites was disappointing, as the management seemed to question the validity of my claims rather than addressing the issue promptly.

Target audience seeking comfort
The staff was extraordinary! I asked Ken about some local dining options and he gave me a mini tour around the neighborhood, really opened my eyes to the local food scene. the Apple TV was a real treat, after a long day, sinking into bed and binge-watching my favorite shows was just what I needed.
Though it wasn't exactly affordable, the experience made it worthwhile.

The compact Studio Skylight offered a unique ceiling window, providing a rare touch of natural light. Location right near Chinatown makes grabbing local food a breeze. major attractions are within a short stroll.
Room proximity made hearing neighbors a bit annoying, especially with loud door slams echoing through the hallway. The app for digital check-in presented challenges, particularly since it didn't work on the latest Android system for some guests. It would have been more convenient to have a key card as a backup. WiFi connectivity struggled under the demands of video calls, with frequent disconnections, which is a lousy experience for a hotel touting itself as 'digital. ' Lastly, the absence of regular cleaning or replenishment of supplies, like toilet paper, was less than ideal, making the stay feel a touch uncared for.

The air conditioning unit in my studio was a little too loud, making it hard to relax at times. A unique touch was the skylight, which brought in some natural light, though the room felt cramped. I appreciated having a washing machine and dryer available for my use, since I stayed for a longer period. Communication through the app for check-in was convenient after some initial hurdles, but it would have been easier to offer key cards as a backup. The location near MRT Chinatown truly made getting around a breeze while also letting me explore local markets and street food. I struggled a bit with the WiFi connection. it dropped often when trying to work, which felt frustrating. The room cleanliness was decent, but I noticed minor issues that could improve the overall experience. Staff were helpful when it came to luggage assistance, particularly Mary, who really went the extra mile for me. Having basic cleaning services would have been appreciated, especially for longer stays. there were some highs and lows during my time here.

i had a great stay at heritage collection! the studio with skylight was so clean, and i loved that they provided laundry powder and dishwashing supplies. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to chinatown mrt and near many hawker centers. the staff, especially maica, were very accommodating and helpful.

The WiFi connectivity is a hassle, often dropping out just when you need it for work, which is frustrating for a supposed 'digital hotel. ' that mobile app check-in isn’t foolproof. I had trouble getting it to function properly on my Android, leading to concerns if I’d be locked out later. Don't get me started on the claustrophobic studio rooms with small ceiling windows that don't quite help. Add to that the lack of regular cleaning or even basic replenishment of supplies like toilet paper and, well, it left me feeling a bit rough. The bug bites definitely added to the discomfort, and the management’s doubts about my claims didn’t help either.
